Javine Hylton- A Burlesque Star?

Popstar the Rivals contestant Javine Hylton is reportedly reinventing herself as a burlesque star in a brand new theatre production called Burlexe. Javine will perform a burlesque routine as well as sing and act on stage. According to a press release, Burlexe is based on stories of the incredible women who created Burlesque.

 Javine said “What attracted me to BURLEXE is that it’s an empowering show about the lives of ordinary women doing an extraordinary job. Burlesque is glamorous, sexy and fun and it gave and continues to give women a platform to be magical."
