Hello Polestars. Isn't August great? Sunshine, seaside breaks, ice-cream, Pimm's o'clock and holidays abroad. All this playtime means that fitness has been pushed to the back of everyone's mind, especially as it's way too hot to be working out. Well, with the arrival of September its time to get back on that horse and get back to that pre-holiday body. Luckily Polestars have thought about this, and all our tasters and classes have been scheduled for a September start. This month's hot topics are: POLESTARS STUDENT DISCOUNT OFFER

HULA CRAZE CONTINUES
Its not surprising that the new Hula Hoop tasters sessions have been selling like hot cakes when you find out that Hula Hooping for 10 minutes can burn up to 100 calories! That's the same as running a 10 minute mile, but obviously much more enjoyable and fun! We have scheduled yet another taster session. This will be on Wednesday 14th October 7-9pm.
More excitingly, we will be scheduling a six week Hula Hooping course to start in October, so keep your eyes peeled for that. Student will work towards perfect rock hard abs and fight against those pesky love handles. Students will learn a comprehensive series of different tricks and moves with the hoop. To get yourself on the waiting list, please email us with your name and mobile number. Hula Hoop parties are also available in London.
