How long have you been dancing: With Polestars: Just under three years. Outside Polestars: years and years and years!
What do you love most about dancing: The confidence & sexiness you just don't get in a gym. I love 'becoming' burlesque and immersing myself in my alter ego, L'amour Rouge.
Why did you started teaching dance: I wanted to make other girls feel confident and sexy just like i did when I began to learn pole dance years ago.
Why you love teaching at Polestars: Keeps me fit and keeps me on my toes, and i can help other women to feel great and have a hen party or course to remember! Plus the staff and other teachers are bloody awesome! My job makes me smile and makes me laugh every day... that's priceless.

Best dancing experience: My first stage show with my burlesque troupe, The Boudoir Belles. I felt like a proud mum.
Best teaching moment: End of my first burlesque beginners course in Birmingham when the girls presented me with presents to say thank you. 
Most embarrassing teaching moment: In a Pole taster in Leicester I fell down some stairs during the interval and the barstaff had to bandage me up while the class was upstairs wondering where I'd gone. I had to teach the second half with a bleeding leg and poorly wrist. That's dedication!
Most embarrassing pole moment: A pole dancing hen party in London.. had to teach three in a row back to back and by the third one i was reaally tired and managed to slam into the pole and cut my lip.
Most embarrassing burlesque moment: The day I ripped my pants. I still have nightmares.
Fave food: Cake...preferably with a glass of bubbly.
Fave films: I should list some good films but let's be honest... I have a secret love for cheesy dance movies like Fame, Flashdance and Footloose, Moulin Rouge and Chicago
Celebrity crush: Vincent Cassell. Google him. oh, and Cheryl Cole.
Hobbies other than dancing: Modelling, making cocktails, unplanned 80's dance-offs, photography, writing.
Personal motto: If its worth having it's worth fighting for.
