What do you love most about dancing: If I'm in a bad mood, dancing will usually lift me straight out of it. Plus it's a way of keeping in shape that doesn't feel like a chore.
Why did you start teaching dance: I enjoy being able to pass on my knowledge and encourage others to push themselves to achieve. I really do enjoy my job, and I don't know many people who can say that so I'm pretty lucky!
The best thing about teaching with Polestars: The company gives you a chance to prove yourself and rewards you for hard work. I love seeing the girls I teach grow in confidence, make friends with each other and have a good laugh.
Why you love teaching at Polestars: What's not to love?! It's just a great company that I've watched grow and thrive over the years.

Fave hen party product and why: Ooh, tricky one. It's a close tie between Can Can and Dirty Dancing. I love seeing how much the hens laugh at a Can Can party and Dirty Dancing, just because I always loved the film!
Best dancing experience: Would have to be ages ago when I was allowed en pointe, I was on cloud nine for weeks.
Best teaching moment: I've had so many! Anytime any of the students conquer a pole move. I love seeing their sense of achievement.
Most embarrassing teaching moment: I haven't really had an embarrassing moment when teaching. Have had some awkward moments, but not embarrassing.
Most embarrassing pole moment: Kicking people who stood too close to the pole always made me feel a bit guilty!
Most embarrassing burlesque moment: I skidded on a mosaic floor while demonstrating the criss cross walk in 6 inch stilettos. That was fairly shameful.
Favourite food: Sushi and Diet Coke (it’s a real addiction, I should think about getting some help!)
Favourite film: Clueless
Celebrity crush: Gerard Barton
Hobbies other than dancing: As a mum to a little boy, I am particularly well informed about Fireman Sam. I also spend a lot of time watching rugby, but it's obligatory rather than choice!
