Hula Hoop
When it comes to Hooping the only limit is your imagination. The new Hula Hoops are designed specifically for ease of use and fitness. Each Hoop is weighted to provide greater scope for tricks and moves. These are the same Hoops that are used in both our classes and parties.
We have three different sizes depending on your height. We recommend that you start with a large Hoop and as you progress move down in size. If you have any specific colours that you would prefer then please let us know and we will design it to your preference.
A guide to the sizes:
