Hello and Happy New Year from Polestars! Now the festive period is over so is the annual splurge and feasting. The grim reality of getting back into those perfect jeans may seem daunting and laborious, but with Polestars fitness has never been so fun! We have scheduled dates further in advance for all our tasters and courses in all our cities. BIRMINGHAM POLE DANCING VENUE CONFIRMED
We know all you Birmingham ladies have been waiting to here where our pole dancing lessons will be taking place in Birmingham - we can now confirm that it will be at the O Bar on Broad Street. Your classes will be in the exclusive O Below bar where there is a mirrored wall so you can really work on perfecting those spins!
POLESTARS CHEERLEADING PARTIES
Polestars just want to say a big thank you to all those who took time out to attend the cheerleading taster classes. Without your help we wouldn't have such a fabulous routine and party to offer for the future cheerleading hen parties. Your time, ideas and comments are greatly appreciated. If you are interested in a Polestars cheerleading party, then please get in contact with us. This fun filled high energy party will start off with some simple cheers and combinations, all put together into a fabulous pom-pom shaking routine. Our hot pink pom-poms will guarantee to have you wildly running around laughing and cheering, so much so that you won't want to leave! Cheerleading is available in London only.
SOUTHAMPTON INTERMEDIATE BURLESQUE LAUNCHING
Good news for all you Southampton ladies, who have completed the beginners burlesque because we are going to be launching the intermediate burlesque course around mid-March time. For those who fancy being in the spotlight for a night, you and your group will perform a burlesque routine that completely designed and choreographed by yourselves. Over your 5 week course, you will decide on the group's burlesque name, the theme, costumes and of course, the dance. For those who are interested check out some of our previous London intermediate burlesque girls' final performance, on stage at Madam Jojo's here. Having already launched cocktail making nationwide, cheerleading and Dirty Dancing in London, Polestars are bringing you another hen party - this time it's Bollywood (in Nottingham only - limited availability). Suitable for all ages, this fun dance class will have you swinging and shaking those hips, arms and head to a modern Bollywood soundtrack. Taught by an authentic Bollywood teacher, you will learn a variety of basic hip hop, street and modern Bollywood dance steps that will be put together into a fantastic routine.
GETTING MARRIED? BE ON TV AND WIN YOUR HONEYMOON!S
Polestars have a great opportunity for you if you are getting married between January and June of this year. Living TV is looking for brides-to-be to take part in a new series called 'Four Weddings'. Not only is this a fun experience for the brides, each episode one of the four couples will win an amazing Honeymoon (this doesn't need to be taken immediately, so it doesn't matter if they already have a honeymoon booked).

Polestars Teacher of the Month for January is Rachel in Leicester. Rachel has been working her socks off with marketing, flyering and venue hunting. Rachel will be teaching pole dancing lessons at The Turkey Café and burlesque classes at Firebug this January, so make sure you book in with Polestars Teacher of the Month today! Thanks Rachel, you're amazing.
