Here at Polestars HQ, we are bursting with news and offers, so on with it! This month's topics are: COCKTAIL MAKING MASTERCLASSES FOR CHRISTMAS
Rejoice as the Christmas party season is almost upon us! This means shopping for new outfits, secret Santa and of course the yearly Christmas office party. Why not do something different this year and learn to make yummy cocktails with your fellow co-workers? It makes the perfect team bonding experience for your office or party for a small company. Only £25 per head, minimum of 10, you get to make and drink 3 cocktails - bargain. You will make 2 cocktails are off the menu, before being combining your imaginative forces to create your very own cocktail. POLEOKE LAUNCHING IN LONDON SOON
If you haven't heard about Poleoke, where have you been? Poleoke is the latest and greatest night out and brainchild of our Brighton teacher. It is where pole enthusiasts and first timers have the chance to show off their new skills.
It is a bit like karaoke for dancing but there is no singing here! Ever found yourself at a club dancing as cheesily or as sexily as you can? Of course you have. Now you can do it in front of an audience, with a dance pole! You don't need any pole dancing experience at all. It's for everyone - all shapes, sizes, ages and genders!
Polestars are launching Poleoke in London in the near future. It's the perfect chance for you to show off your skills in a welcoming fun and friendly atmosphere. To get yourself on the waiting list, please email us your name, email and mobile number to us and we will contact you will a date as soon as its set.
BRISTOL TEACHER NEEDED
Help! Polestars desperately need a pole and burlesque teacher for the Bristol area. Until we find one, we are unable to run courses there, so if you think that you have all the qualities and skill to become a Polestars teacher, please click here for more information and an application form.
Due to the success of our Hula Hoop taster classes, we have organised yet more dates. Guaranteed to be super popular and a fast sell out, make sure you book yourself on to one before all the places have gone. Remember, 10 minutes of hooping can burn up to 100 calories. The next Hula Hoop class is scheduled for Monday 26th October @ Sway (Holborn) 7-9pm. Tasters are £20. Please email us check availability or call 020 7274 4865.
For those who are looking for a bit of hoop action for a weekend workout, Emma, our lovely Hoop teacher, will be running her Love 2 Hoop Club on Saturday 7th November, 3pm-5pm at Greenwich West Community Centre, 41 Greenwich High Road, SE10 8JA. UNI STUDENTS FLYERING IN EXCHANGE FOR FREE COURSERS
Are you a skint student and wanting to go on a Polestars pole dancing or burlesque course but don't have the funds? Well, we are looking for are looking for University students to flyer across your University town, campus and halls of residence. We are looking for students in all of the Polestars cities: London, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham, Reading, Sheffield and Southampton.
In exchange for your time and effort, you can enrol on a Polestars pole dancing or burlesque course of your choice. [Please note that classes are for females only]
The pole dancing course is 6 weeks long, 2 hours per week - usually £140.
The burlesque course is 4 weeks long, 2 hours per week - usually £100.

Have you just got engaged? Just been given the honour of organising your best friends or sister's hen party? Looking for something new and different? Luckily for you, we have just expanded our availability for the Grease and Chicago hen party.
The Grease party is now available in London, Bournemouth, Brighton, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Reading, Southampton and York.
The Chicago party is now available in London, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Reading, Southampton and York.
If you live in Birmingham and are ready for the next level, then we have an intermediate pole dancing course scheduled to start on Tuesday 10th November @ O Bar 7-9pm.

TEACHER OF THE MONTH
The long awaited teacher of the month for October is Emma in London. Emma, our fabulous friendly teacher has bought us the cheerleading hen party and of course the Hula Hooping classes. Thanks Emma, we can't believe it taken this long for you to get teacher of the month. We adore you! xx
