Parkour Workshop

 

Parkour originates from France and through exposé across various films, television and advertisements it is quickly seeping into the mainstream and becoming the 'must do' adrenaline sport. On the two hour session you will taken through a safe warm up is included and the　multi-purpose drills work on coordination, movement, spatial awareness, balance and strength as well as confidence and mental fortitude. A Parkour party is 2 hours of adrenaline fuelled fun.This is a party that will encourage teamwork, self-confidence and achievement. More importantly, its high-energy, very physical and will keep you on your toes….!!

There is strictly no alcohol allowed. The class last 2 hours and only cost £35 per head, minimum 8 people.

Currently available in London, Bristol, Glasgow, Leicester and Manchester. Cities launching soon are Aberdeen, Birmingham, Brighton, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Southampton
